The Sight is an independent property and energy platform for UK homeowners and landlords. We use your home's official Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) data, combined with your actual location and climate, to show what to fix first, what it will cost, what it will save, and what it will look like once finished.

We automatically look up your official EPC from the government register using your address, so in most cases there's nothing to upload or fill in yourself. If your home doesn't have one on file, we'll tell you and you can still continue with self-reported details.

Fully independent. We have no ties to installers, manufacturers or finance providers, and we never take a commission for recommending a particular product or company. Our only job is to show you an honest picture of your home.

We're UK-wide for consultations. Automatic EPC lookup currently covers England and Wales, since that's where the government EPC register applies — Scotland and Northern Ireland use separate registers we don't integrate with yet, but you can still use the platform with self-reported property details.

Yes. Your property and account data is encrypted and never sold to third parties, including installers. You're always in control of what you share, and you can request deletion of your data at any time.
